Rich O’Brien serves as Chief Development Officer at Radio Resources, overseeing programming and affiliate relations to develop impactful services for station partners. Before joining Radio Resources, Rich spent 25 years at Superadio Network, rising from producer of the syndicated Open House Party to Executive Vice President of Programming and Affiliate Relations. He later joined G Audio Networks as Vice President of Programming. Rich has been featured in two books on radio syndication, sharing his insights from a distinguished career building industry relationships and high-quality programming.

With over 35 years of broadcast experience, Gary James brings extensive industry knowledge to his role as Director of Affiliate Sales. Beginning his career as a news reporter in Cleveland, he later transitioned to programming and on-air roles in Toledo. His passion for helping small businesses thrive led him to a decade-long role in post-secondary education, where he helped over 7,000 graduates secure jobs in radio and TV. In 2012, Gary shifted to network radio affiliate relations, advising stations on programming, imaging services, and more. He also runs a 501(c)(3) charity supporting underprivileged youth and childhood literacy.

As Director of Product Services for Radio Resources, Alex Quintero plays a pivotal role in connecting top-tier radio-centric products and services with stations nationwide. Before joining Radio Resources, Alex was a Product Marketing Manager at Wide Orbit and Senior Affiliate Content Manager at G Audio Networks, where he also led the Shazam for Radio project. His earlier career included program director and on-air roles at Univision in Texas and New York, as well as leadership positions at Cox Media, Audacy, Urban One, and iHeart.

Ryan Verardi joined Radio Resources in April 2023 as the Director of Affiliate Sales, where he focuses on expanding and maintaining affiliate relationships through the company’s range of products and services. Prior to this, he was a Customer Success Executive at Vox Mobile and a Senior Affiliate Content Manager at G Audio Networks. Ryan’s career started at Audacy’s WQAL-FM in Cleveland, Ohio, in promotions and events before moving into affiliate relations with Envision Networks. He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a Master of Arts in Communications Management from Ohio University.
